General News
Attention: If you are absent from school due to illness,
you will be allowed to submit makeup work. It is the student's responsibility
to bring a note from a parent or legal guardian for legitimate absences.
The student is responsible for getting notes and instructions for missed
assignment from classmates, the class website, or the teacher.
Students must make arrangements with the teacher to come to the computer
lab during lunch or after school to complete missed assignments. The
Weekly Bell Ringer Form and the Cornell Notes Form are due every Friday.
Students are also responsible for completing an Absence Report and an
Assignments/Projects Checksheet weekly.
Wednesday is Workkeys Wednesday. All students should complete lessons
at http://keytrain.cps.k12.il.us. See Dr. Shegog for more information.
Supplies may be checked for at any time.
Students are responsible for updating their 2-pocket folders weekly.
The 2-pocket folder should contain work for the current quarter and
be placed in the Portfolio (left pocket). All students are expected
to use a jump drive to save their work--no more floppy disks will be
used in the computer lab. Students should keep a back-up of all work
in their email accounts. See Dr. Shegog, if you have any questions.
