Our vision is that all students will become proficient in literacy, mathematics, the use of technology, and critical thinking. and become good citizens of character so that they can capitalize on choices in the 21st century, in a culturaly diverse, global society.
Philosophy
The Harlan Community Academy High
School community is committed tothe principle that all students can and
will learn to their full potential, given a sound academic foundation
and every opportunity for maximal achievement. We believe that by also
imparting values of self-discipline and direction, social development,
emotional stability and self-esteem, our students will be prepared for
the challenges of the 21st century.
